Your route through the business
You’ll move through the departments that actually run Cartrack, taking on tasks aimed at improving how each one works. By the end, you’ll know the business from the ground up and have a real view on where you want to land.

From time to time, trainees may have the opportunity to take on a sales or operations role abroad, helping to grow Cartrack’s presence in new markets. This is offered on an ad hoc basis and is not a requirement of the programme.

Your candidate profile
We’re not after polished. We’re after people who are hands-on, sharp with numbers, and ready to own problems from day one.
- STEM degree — Engineering, Actuarial Science, Maths & Statistics, with strong academic results
- 0–3 years' work experience — newly qualified is welcome
- Technically independent with strong initiative
- Distinction in Mathematics
- Hands-on, with a positive, get-it-done attitude
- Sharp problem-solver with an out-of-the-box approach
